Having studied art at Harrow School of Art and the Camden Art Centre, Emma went onto work with interior designer Jocasta Innes.

Emma quickly became absorbed into the world of rich colours, textures and fabrics. Emma then specialised in hand painting murals and teaching and restoring and decorating furniture and interiors. Emma’s passion for guilding and enriched colours and textures shines through to her work today.

Emma’s love of fabrics and textiles and fashion, led her to embrace the art of embroidery “I love the fact you can create such depth and texture with threads and fabrics”
Emma also embellishes her work with crystals where appropriate.

Pulp Reawakened

Hand Emblemised Limited Editions

Emma loves the vintage look and feel of Pulp Comics.
The word “Pulp” comes from the pulp paper the comics were printed on. Emma has been inspired and transforms and reawakens the style of pulp art by bringing her own take on it. With a play on words, phrases, film titles and musical lyrics, Emma has added fun, humour and a twist to her images.
Emma embellishes her artwork using gold leaf, crystals, paint and more.
