Why does water help you look and feel your best?
Most people think water is just ‘plain old water’, a wet thing with no colour…….boring.
– Drink a bit when we are thirsty.
– Or have a shower or bath in it.
– Or water our flowers.
– Or Wash our car.
– Or make water ballon bombs.
And all this is great, but oh, there is so much more to water.- When I worked in the beauty industry I used to tell my clients that water was their Nos1 supplement.
Without water the cells in your body will not work efficiently, so your skin, mind and body suffer. The cells that make up your body have little cell building and repairing enzymes. These little enzymes need WATER to stay alive or…….ooops they die…..not good.
Go back in time, thousands or years. We originally came from the sea and over hundreds of years became what we are today, human beings.
Our bodies are made up of 75%-95% water and the body’s plasma is very similar to the sea’s make up. Hence we feel so good when we swim in the sea.
We need water for survival, if we don’t dink enough the body redirects the water from the skin and the bodies extremities to hydrate our vital organs. And we need healthy organs.
Always SIP your water, do not gulp it as this puts a strain on your kidneys and and the water will go straight through you.

– More energy, more alert.
– Dilution of toxins in the body ready for excretion.
– More relaxed, water helps the proper functioning of the nervous system. Water also helps relax the muscles of the body.
-Healthy working cells
-A healthy skin.
Get used to drinking water, it can be hard to start with, but the more you sip the more your body takes it in and the more your body will want. I have a large protein shake bottle that I take EVERY WHERE with me, note ………it contains just water……no protein shake. Its just a good useful sized bottle!
